UX/UI Design — Confidential Platform

Some platforms don't fail because they lack features. They fail because users can't find their way inside them. This project involved designing the structural and interaction foundation of a complex, multi-layered platform from the ground up.

What I worked on: My role covered the full UX foundation, from research and structural definition through to wireframing and interaction design. I mapped core user journeys, identified points of confusion and cognitive overload early in the process, and defined how users move between environments, projects, and system states. Interaction patterns, navigation logic, and visual hierarchy were all established to ensure the platform felt intuitive and predictable from first use.

Outcome: A scalable UX foundation that enables users to understand, navigate, and manage a complex system with clarity. Interaction patterns were built to support platform growth beyond the initial scope.
